Privacy policy

This Policy describes which personal data is processed on the moscowskiy.com website, for what purpose, on what grounds, and what rights the user has. By using the Website, you agree to the terms of the Policy.

This English text is provided for convenience. The processing of personal data is governed by the law of the Russian Federation; in the event of any discrepancy, the Russian-language version of the Policy prevails.

1.1. This Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") has been developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 "On Personal Data".

1.3. The Policy applies to all personal data that the Operator processes in connection with the use of the moscowskiy.com website (hereinafter — the "Website").

1.4. By submitting a booking request, the user confirms agreement with this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out in it.

2. Terms

  • Personal data — any information relating to a directly or indirectly identified individual.
  • Processing of personal data — any action with personal data: collection, recording, storage, use, transfer, anonymisation, deletion.
  • Operator — the person organising and carrying out the processing of personal data.
  • Data subject — the individual to whom the personal data relates.

3. What data is processed

3.1. When a booking request is submitted, the Operator processes:

  • the name stated by the user;
  • contact details: telephone number, email address, Telegram username — to the extent that the user has provided them;
  • information about the desired service: the date, duration, event format, comment;
  • technical data: the IP address and browser information (user-agent), retained to protect the Website from abuse.

3.2. The Operator does not request or process special categories of personal data (concerning health, racial or ethnic origin, political and religious views) or biometric personal data.

3.3. The Website is intended for persons over the age of 18; the Operator does not knowingly collect data of minors.

4. Purposes of processing

Personal data is processed exclusively for:

  • receiving, processing and confirming booking requests;
  • communicating with the user regarding their request;
  • organising interaction between the user and the Companion;
  • protecting the Website from fraud and automated abuse;
  • complying with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Legal grounds for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of Federal Law No. 152-FZ; the consent of the data subject, expressed by submitting a request; and the necessity of performing the agreement (the public offer) to which the data subject is a party.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

6.1. To confirm a booking, the information from the request is transferred to the relevant Companion to the extent necessary to provide the service.

6.2. For prompt notification of incoming requests, the Operator uses the Telegram messenger; the request data is thereby transferred using the Telegram service.

6.3. Personal data may be transferred to state authorities in the cases and in the manner provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

6.4. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for purposes not provided for by this Policy.

7. Storage and protection of data

7.1. The recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation.

7.2. Personal data is stored no longer than the purposes of processing require, or until consent is withdrawn by the data subject, unless another period is established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

7.3. The Operator takes legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, destruction, alteration, blocking and dissemination.

8. Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the right to: receive information about the processing of their personal data; demand its clarification, blocking or deletion; withdraw consent to processing; appeal against the actions of the Operator to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court. 9. Cookies

9.1. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies necessary for its operation and for saving user settings (for example, the choice of a light or dark display theme).

9.2. The Website uses the Yandex.Metrica (LLC "YANDEX") and Google Analytics (Google LLC) web analytics services. Purposes of processing: collection of anonymised statistics on traffic and user behaviour, improvement of the Website. These services may set their own cookies; their data-processing policies are available at yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse and policies.google.com/privacy.

9.3. The user can restrict the use of cookies in their browser settings.

10. Amendment of the Policy

10.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is always available on the Website at moscowskiy.com/privacy.
